After each use:

– Rinse the soft flask thoroughly with warm water.

– If you have used gel mix or drink mix, also use a mild soap.

– Remove the lid and bite valve and rinse them separately.

Drying:

– Allow the soft flask to dry completely, preferably open and upside down.

– Do not use direct sunlight or heat sources.

Regular Cleaning:

– Clean thoroughly 1-2 times a week, for example, with a bottle brush.

– Optional: Treat with hot water and a little baking soda or citric acid to remove deposits.

– Regularly check and clean the bite valve.

Not suitable:

– Do not put in the dishwasher.

– Do not use aggressive cleaning agents.

– Do not freeze or heat in the microwave.
